"Keep track of diabetes type 2” is a practical handbook (in Swedish) written for people who wish to learn more about diabetes and how you can live a better life with the disease. The book is also useful for family and relatives, as well as for healthcare workers. In addition, people at risk for developing type 2-diabetes can find advise on how to change their lifestyle to reduce the risk of developing the disease.

The book is written in Swedish together with Kerstin Brismar, who is a Senior Professor in Diabetology and Endocrinology at Karolinska Institutet.

Kerstin Brismar is a Senior Professor in Diabetology and Endocrinology at Karolinska Institutet. She has a long-standing experience in diabetes care, and she is an appreciated lecturer. She has studied the mechanisms behind diabetes-complications and how these can be prevented.
